I'm looking at a listing and it refers to type 1 through type 7 apartments, what does it mean?

This is a commercial multi-unit. Obviously, this particular type only has type 1, type 2 and type 3, but I'd like to know what the other types refer to?

Is there a book that explains it all?

Apartment Info # Units Rooms Bedrooms Baths (F/H) Monthly Income Range (Min-Max)
Type 1 1 6 3 1 0-0
Type 2 3 5 2 1 0-0
Type 3 1 4 1 1 0-0
Type 4 0 0 0 0
Type 5 0 0 0 0
Type 6 0 0 0 0
Type 7 0 0 0

That looks like an MLS specific way to input data about the units. You might ask the agent that provided you with the information to explain further.
