Is it true that a persons house cant be auctioned if the purchaser is incarcerated?

Only in the game of Monopoly! As with any loan or property tax default, the property can be auctioned off by the lien holder to pay the debt regardless of the person's circumstances if they do not have the ability to pay the loan or property taxes.
