I am relocating from the north Tampa area - Spring Hill/Brooksville to Vero Beach Florida. I have a 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, oversized garage. Total square footage just under 5,000 Sq Ft. - 3,800 Living. Has oversized screened pool with pole barn. It is on 8.65 ACRES!!. It's a country estate home - beautiful grandfather oak trees. When I worked in Tampa is was a 45 minute drive into Tampa via the Suncoast. The current value is about 650K. I know I cannot get acreage for this money in Vero but I would like to trade with someone who may be sitting on something in Vero that they can't sell in this market.
I also have some rental properties that could be traded intead if someone wanted them instead of 1 large country estate. There are 6 single family homes all rented.
