For some mysterious reason they have lowered my zestimate by $9,000. I know ultimately it shouldn't matter...but I have a small starter home quite perfect for a first time buyer, and we first time buyers foolishly look at zestimates.
Zillow is for "entertainment purposes only" and is nothing serious that people consider when buying property.

I once sent in an offer on a property and came in at what I determined to be the value of the property based on comps. The Listing Agent sent me back Zillow-estimates to back-up the listing price
Thanks all. I hope they really don't. There are only a few similar houses in this neighborhood - most are larger - but one is going on the market soon. May it sell at a good price!
A couple of weeks ago, a friend of mine was talking about his house value as stated by Zillow and I interrupted him and started talking about my goldfish.
He said he didn't know I had a goldfish.
I responded, 'I don't but if I did, it would be as relevant as Zillow.'
