Interesting insights. We have had several people come in and show interest in the business. Our business is an airport shuttle service, but we also do medical, day trips, etc. The business has declined somewhat due to the economy, but still paid the bills. Also, there are many directions one with new passion could take it. We were only asking $40k - 45k for it, which included business mentoring, computers, customer base, logo, website, etc. It's still a much needed service here and we have a great reputation and client base. Anyway, as soon as they see that they may not become millionaires and it might require a little work, they lose interest.
Your business would be worth more with a functional website. Without Flash, it appears as a blank yellow page, so anyone using an iphone or ipad cannot see anything.
