I am so excited and can't believe it. Just when I had given up hope until next year, a call comes in. I just spoke to the PB. We have it listed with a realtor, but I have also been doing my own additional advertising on Craig's List. Anyway, I get a email, a phone call, talk to the man, and then called my realtor with his information. He wanted to see it right away, before he leaves town for the holidays. So, he should be there right now! I am in shock that we even have any lookers this close to the holidays. Anyway, just wanted to share my shock and excitement! Wish us Luck!

Not yet. Single guy just started looking, first house that he saw. However, says he likes it. Left tonight with only seeing my house and took a brochure. My realtor is supposed to show him a few more next week when he returns, but he assured me he will be pushing my house. Will have to wait and see how serious this guy is. So for now, keeping my fingers and toes crossed too. Thanks

Just a question... what kind of 'agency' do they have in S. Carolina? Is that a buyers/sellers/dual agency representation state or transaction broker state?
