Well im gonna take your and my wifes advise and try to sell....i'll keep you all posted

I think you're going the smart thing. We tried the long distance thing as a investment. Didn't care for it.

You're better off investing in a REIT if you want to invest.

NJ property managers generally charge 10%. Unless you can make a decent amount after that, you're probably just better off selling, especially if you have older appliances/systems in the house that could potentially need expensive repairs or replacing. With NJ taxes and housing prices, you'll probably get way more for your money in TX.
