It was relevant when I joined. I could have just as easily picked NJ Annie, RI Annie - all places I'd lived even longer than NY (and where I'd worked as a paralegal for real estate firms) - but NYC was where I was living then. Now, I'm in TN. It doesn't matter, my info was basic knowledge of real property issues - which is the legal term which encompasses real estate.

Same problem for me- I haven't lived in NYC since the year I joined CD!
