I was wondering about the same thing. Even new homes are filled with chemicals from toxic substances in plywood, carpets and even your own furniture made in China. 10 years later and after being renovated, it seems like people might be overthinking this as far as it's toxicity.
Personally, I was thinking the house itself would just have a negative vibe and be marked forever as the drug house by the neighborhood.
