The past few months I have noticed issues with real estate listings in my area that are fed from mainly MLS (Realtor, Caldwell Banker, Zillow, etc). They used to have room dimensions, correct school district assignments, house sq. ft, and lot sq ft. Now the room dimensions are gone, half the time school district information is wrong, and house sq ft and lot sq ft information are inconsistent at best. Is there any way to correct these or bring them to the attention of someone coming from a non-realtor?
What is interesting is Redfin usually displays most of the information above correct but the same house will have the missing/wrong information on Realtor, Caldwell Banker, Zillow, etc.
This pertains to West Penn Multi-List, Inc if that matters..
You could contact the listing agent, but not likely to result in any impact. Unless you are the potential buyer, not sure why you are so concerned about it.
contact your Realtor that's a member. As noted above, Zillow has nothing to do with it.
Your Realtor can help the association know that there's a problem with the MLS feed.
