Apparently not!
Still no sale, Celine Dion pares another $7 million from price of Jupiter Island estate - Sun Sentinel

The listing price again has been reduced, this time to $38.5 million. That's $34 million less than the original $72.5 million asking price in 2013. Dion lowered the price last year to $45.5 million after her husband René Angélil died.

The 5.7-acre estate, located at 215 S. Beach Road, boasts enough features to rival many Florida resorts.

A water park was designed with the couple's three sons in mind -- a 16-year-old and 6-year-old fraternal twins. It includes two swimming pools that interconnect, two water slides, a bridge over a lazy river, a tree house and eight water cannons. There's also an infinity pool overlooking the ocean.

The 10,000-square-foot main house has two children's bedrooms with their own ensuite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a wraparound terrace overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and two separate decks: one with an outdoor fireplace, the other with a hot tub. Dion's walk-in closet has fully automated clothing and shoe racks.

For those of you wondering........pool service alone is currently $16,000 per month, taxes are $357,000 per year.....plus staff, insurance, utilities, etc.

Even at the "reduced" price, the alligators will have to wait longer before having a chance to greet the new owners.

You also get to live on the same street as Tiger Woods, Greg Norman, Nick Price, Gary Player, Steve Bisciotti (Ravens owner) and Bill Dewitt (Cardinals owner).........in addition to countless CEO/corporate types.

Celine Dion and husband paid $72.5 million for the property, it now has an assessed value of only about 20 million. However there are all the improvements and the fact the Veuve Dion is selling the place complete with contents.

Still there are only so many Russian or South American billionaires looking for properties these days.

They bought the lot for 7.2 and built the house afterwards. They did not pay 72.5 million!
