I find myself worrying she's getting pizza all over that white upholstery and bedding!
I think something more subtle might be fun at this point... something small you'd have to look for in a hidden objects game.... like an elf-on-a-shelf.
Not me...no description, no list of features, no pics of back yard. Nothing that actually sells the house or provides info. Too gimmicky.
If you click on "more" there is a list of the new features and that it is minutes from downtown.
I would have liked a photo of the back yard as well.
Though it's a cute gimmick, I kept thinking that it made several rooms look small. The pizza box takes up half the dining area and the bed is only a double.
The house is fixed up nice and at this price, if the neighborhood is halfway decent, I'll be it will be snapped up before long.
It is only a facebook marketplace link as the MLS listing is not nearly as cool
It was a fun way to get attention on Facebook marketplace.
The MLS photos are nice and more formal. The rooms look bigger. The back yard looks huge.
Judging from the pine straw spread every where and the very few and small shrubs in the font of the house, it appears someone has flipped a rundown place and staged it.
She just took another agent's idea. I thought the dinosaur photos were better because they were first.
Ah, may have missed that one.

Well it’s 767 square feet, I think everyone should know it’s small. The yard does actually look decent in the MLS photos so it probably would’ve been a decent idea to include it on the fb post.
Not familiar with the specific neighborhood, as mentioned it is very close to downtown (called uptown by most here). It’s also near a couple trendier neighborhoods but I’m sure this one might be a little rough around the edges.
