as of Feb 2018, the US median - which I mentioned as selling 5 of - was $241,700. That's $1.2MM in volume, or about $36,000 of gross commission.

Meaningless numbers.

The whole 80/20, median, low volume, turnover, etc, diversion assumes that all licenseholders hold their licenses for buying and selling and that is just untrue.

Man, people have ruined what could have been the funnest thread ever with your facts and figures. Let's take this back to the 80s. Bo, what was the median price in the mid 80's? I'd like to know how internet has affected home values.
