I'm sick of all the smart ass e-mails and twitters, so I'm glad to see someone face a consequence for sending one. Wish that happened to more people. Having received repetitive sales calls from Zillow, even after being "taken off the list" multiple times, I believe their salespeople are under continual intense pressure to close sales.
