That word describes nothing in my life. I will say this, the house is built in/on ledge and we'd always had water infiltration in the basement and (finally because we're selling) replaced the gutters which were directing water to the foundation. Problem solved until recent excessive rain. So partner is (finally) installing a sump pump - something he's done lots of times in his business. He's very good. Well the buyers came by and he's... "A talker". But the basement is dry just mid-install of sump pump. So that was a mess. I hesitated when I heard the buyers were coming by. Why? Still deciding? Apparently.
We have a signed contract (their second) and I'm letting my partner handle this. He's going to hold their feet to the fire.
