apparently, there is a lot more money in teaching people how to set up an Amazon store, than actually setting one up....that and the bitcoin fraudsters are common in my parts. Oh, and did I mention I can beat Google at their own game? Bwahaha...run like Hell and put a check mark by the guys name, who suggested it...
People have been investing in real estate for millennia. The US tax code is published every year, and tens of thousands of well-paid, expert people make a career out of studying it to understand the most advantageous legal ways to use its provisions to reduce tax costs.
Do you really think, at this late date, that anyone is really going to discover a secret to investing in real estate that allows them to make substantially higher profits than the legions of other investors in this field where the body of knowledge is enormous and there are thousands of years of collective experience?
I'm paying off debt in a third of the time just by hanging out with people who have a higher financial IQ than I. You owe it to yourself to see what opportunities are out there.
This makes me want to vomit.
You don't pay off debt by having smart friends. I guess for this guy/gal a tree stump would be smarter than them. And "you owe yourself" is a worthless line of drivel.
This is what my friend who attends these meetings on the west costs said:

My tax liability as a business owner is zero. Doesn't mean anything other than I either don't have much revenue, have a lot of expenses, or both. One bullet point with a LOT of corresponding info doesn't really mean much.
Anyone that tells you about how much money they are making and then offers you links or ways to do the same is a bunch of BS unless you're Jordan Belfort from The Wolf of Wall Street.
Scam. My husband had someone he used to work with come over and tried to high pressure him into siging up for insurance that had a cash value down the road. He said instead of contributing to 401k with a 50% company match we should spend it on insurance... Well what if we need to cut back on the insurance for 6months or so would we then lose the money, yes of you would lose it.....no thanks. Scams all over. Usually get rich quick. Usually too good to be true. Hey I have some great real estate at a terrific low cost to you but have to buy NOW. Hi, I'm a Nigerian Prince.
