Realtors make disclaimers about their listing accuracy about 99.99 percent of the time. I wouldn't touch it with a barge pole unless they are willing to legalize it. If it doesn't matter, than that is a sign of a bad place to invest. The floor plans I look at are in millimeters.. ask your gifted child what a millimeter is, apparently realtors don't know and are part of the underclass, that refuses to talk about numbers to the right of the decimal point.
