Is there an easy cheap way to see what my house is worth? I just want somewhere to send the blueprints and photos of each room and get a few appraisals just so I know what my home is worth. I am not looking for an appraisal where they just look at my location and size and know nothing about the condition of the interior.
Talk to a local Realtor if you are considering selling. They can offer a fair market value based on recent, similar home sales and listings. It is not an appraisal but it can give you a starting point. If you aren't selling, check your local listings for appraisers and ask for quotes. You can consult Zillow and other online tools for free but they are also not considered appraisals. Best wishes.

I also agree. But need to get a couple agents to look at it.
RE is local and the amount is what buyers are willing to pay at that giving time.

If you are just curious without really intending to sell right now, you're probably not going to find many agents who want to spend the time doing a market analysis for you.
Ditto if you do want to sell now but want to sell by owner.
An easy and free method is to look at recent sales in your area of comparable houses. Anything sold within the past year or so are likely to still have the interior photos on all the real estate sites. The more recent, the better. You ought to be able to figure out a ballpark figure from there.
You can also factor in the estimates on those real estate sites with a grain of salt, of course.
I bought a house in June 2019 for $238,000. When I look up the address today I get the following price estimates:
Most recent sales in my subdivision were in June 2020. One for $292,000. One for $330,000. Both about the same size as my house. Both had pools. I don't. Both had nice upgrades throughout. Kitchen, bathrooms, floors. I don't. My house is unchanged since it was built in 1986. My advantage is a 12,000 sf lot. The others are about 8000 sf.
What's my house worth? Realistically, probably the low end of those values. $265,000 to $275,000.
See how easy that was. And free. And took me about 15 minutes on my computer.

You're in Phoenix. Don't be surprised if it's worth more than what you've been told by those sites. Yes, your market is changing THAT fast.

I'm never surprised at Phoenix property values. I've lived here since 1972 and I've seen all the ups, downs, ups, downs and ups again.
I downsized into this house last year. I follow the sales in my subdivision just for S & G. I spent 22 years in my last house and I'll be in this one for the long haul.
There's a "coming soon" realtor sign on a house around the corner from me. It's about 100 sf smaller, has a pool and significant upgrades: kitchen, tile floors throughout, bathrooms though one is really ugly with blue tiles on the walls. Has a pool. 8000sf lot. 3/2 with double garage. Sold for $257,000 in Sept 2018. I'll be interested to see what it's priced at when it comes on the market.
Didn't you JUST buy it? Why do you need another appraisal?
I'm doing upgrades and it was also bought before it was on the market, so there were no other bidders to know what it was really worth. I also didn't have an appraisal before purchase.
