If you think all the deadbeats that stopped paying just because they can which makes up a huge percentage of the non-paying renters will suddenly change their minds I have some nice beachfront property in Nebraska for sale.

Why does everyone think this applies to renters when it’s been pointed out it does not and even quoted from the article?
