What has the general trend been for office buildings and commercial real estate during the covid pandemic till now
demand going up or down ?
is it likely to continue

Actually that's only true in certain markets. I'm in commercial real estate in Seattle, and throughout the pandemic we have remained at over 90% occupancy, and none of our several hundred tenants has fallen behind on their rent. The latest news shows a return to the offices and increased demand again.
