I am not sure I get it. Those listings are somber and depressing. Except for #4 - most people would not have thought of renting their toolshed as an apartment. I used to be in the Army suffering through various field exercises - so maybe I could offer a shelter half under a bush in my backyard on Air BnB as a nostalgic experience for people who are into that sort of thing? And they could pee behind another bush? I can throw them an MRE once a day and call my business a B&B and claim that sweet active business tax deduction. I think I may be onto something!
