Submarket analysis data (property, rent, Realtor, commercial)

Hello Y'All. I am new to this site. I live in the Seattle area. I tried to find submarket analysis data such as office rent trends, vacancy rates, average lease lengths and amounts, etc. The regular search gives me a lot of valuable data, but the ones I want are not there. Is there a trick to getting that data? Or do I need a paid subscription somewhere else?

That may be difficult for you to find. You might need the help of a local realtor from that market. I am not suggesting that the data cannot be found by an average person on their own.

I'm in commercial and industrial real estate, and we have access to both Costar and Loopnet. I don't pay those bills but it's not cheap to subscribe, and for our property managers it's worth having both. Try also Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL).
