This is going to be entertaining. When I browse local real estate ads I always click on the ones with terrible pictures or curiously low prices to see what they say. "Charming/rustic/modest/or something-galore" is usually in the description, and what I'm seeing in the pictures is a dilapidated shack with daylight peeking through the walls and blue tarps on the roof.
Well, it looks like there *used* to be trees on that street.
Technically, there are still trees in both pictures. Just not as many as some folks want to see from the description. It isn't a lie, just stretching the truth a bit much.
