I lived in the seattle area and went to those 600-700 sf homes. That one in Moses lake, like its much more modern, and has 2 bathrooms. Still very close to 600-700 sf, but not quite. Thats probably the extreme limit for homebuilders. 825 sf is still very small, and has a garage so it kinda spreads out the fixed costs of a foundation, roof, siding. The old small homes i seen, they all didnt have a garage. If that is in the seattle area, its either a townhome, or at minnimum 1400 sf house. Land value is just too high nowadays
