No. I do not want something I would need staff for. It is very well done; but, it would be so much work to maintain it.
I like it because it is traditional. Too overwhelming!

I'd take it in a second

15.6 Million

Oceanside, built on a cliff. 13,000 sf. 6 Beds, 9.5 baths, 1.6 acres

Inground pool built down near the ocean. Pretty cool, unique feature.

$1.3m

4 bedrooms, 4 baths, 2600sqft on 23 acres.

We wouldn't use the equipment sheds, barns, kennels, etc., so we would not buy it simply because it's too much property.

1.5m for mine and no I wouldn't
3.5 mil. Just about 2 minutes from my house. No I would not. Very overbuilt for the neighborhood. And honestly just way too much house! 15 bathrooms?? Sheesh!!

My zip code: 17.5mm -
Within 5 miles: 30mm -

Both are over 10,000 sq ft, in gated golf club communities on 1 acre or less lots and will have annual tax bills approaching 200K yr plus HOA and Club dues (likely 40-45K a yr)

Nope wouldn't even walk through them! I don't think that much money should be spent on a golf course (waterfront sure)

Within 5 miles is the most expensive item, a 5.9 acre lot for $5M (definitely well-suited for a secluded new megamansion). As for a single existing home, its a lovely $3.75M unit with a mere 8.5 bathrooms.

I'd splurge on both!

Almost all higher priced properties here in Sydney are auctioned, but it seems this one has a guide of around $14 million Australian, which is only just over $US9 million.

It is quite old, by the looks of it, but the selling point is the deep waterfront. It is about 16 miles out of the centre of Sydney and would be way more expensive if it was on the harbour.

Too big for us at our stage of life.

$3.9M. Sure, I’d buy it if I had the money, including the property taxes and maintenance.

These houses all have so many bathrooms! Almost a negative here (my brother downsized and turned one into a storage room), I think as most people do most of their own housework and people don’t want to clean them.
On the plus side, we don’t pay property tax on principle place of residence, only a bit higher council rates which are tied to the unimproved value of the land.
