I accepted an offer on my house on Saturday and after the Inspection this Saturday we can move on to signing the P+S. There is no realtor on either side.

I was wondering if there are any things I should suggest or ask to be included in my P+S that I may not be aware of.

Of course my lawyer will draft this for me, but I want to be sure there is not something that I am unaware of that I should ask be put in.

Any help is appreciated.

Well, heck. You just posted in here a month ago that you are looking to sell your home, and now you are about to go into contract. You're doing just fine...you have an attorney... what are ya worried about? Congrats!

thanks. We are very excited and feel lucky.

Not worried, just cautious, this is the second time we are at the P+S stage. I want to be sure I have all the bases covered.

But don't be jealous.. we (husband, baby, dog, cat, me) will be moving in with my parents basement until we find a new house. yikes!

I'm not jealous, I'm not selling....well, not my own place anyway.
Ewww on the basement thing. I'm assuming that won't be for long.
