After our saga (see my worst nightmare post for a refresher)... we closed this am. FINALLY SOLD!!!!!!! It still doesn't seem real to me. The buyers seem excited and our movers are coming back to old house to pick up the things we left there. I am so glad this is over. Definitely one of the worst things I"ve gone through.
