Is there anyone out there who thinks this picture is valuable in any way to selling this house? To homeowners: please select your agents more carefully!! It pains me to see listings treated this way...

sorry, I had to take it down since obviously it was not mine. I had the laughs for like 10 min though. It was a bathroom vanity full of scope and other personal items (major clutter) and the agent in the mirror. There was absolutely no selling point to the pic...it was more of a turnoff than anything else. I've seen some websites with contests for worst realtor pics...but I'm thinking this possibly is not legal

Here's a site where people send in the worst of the worst. The commentary consistently makes me laugh out loud-- and I'm not the LOL type.

It's Lovely! I'll Take It!

As the OP said, people need to select their agent more carefully.
One thing I noticed with many of the pictures is they are on listings by redfin.
Discount realtor=Discount pictures

OMG, I looked at the website with "bad realtor pictures" and I am still laughing. I can't believe some of them! Thanks for the biggest chuckle of the month. (check especially Auburn WA)

Two were on redfin. Most were listed by full service brokers.
Full service broker=crummy pics

Some folks just can't ever pass up an opportunity to try to stifle competition.
