Might as well give it a try. Will of course have to be available for showings, but will give you more wiggle room in list price. This might be just what you need to get that bad boy sold. (though do factor in offering 'incentives' to a buyer agent - you still want agents to bring their buyers) but with good marketing you very well could pull in the buyer yourself.

Hey Stoy, if DH won't lower and you 'know' you don't have a clue about this and working full-time, doing FSBO not really an option. Sounds like (shock, horror) you do have a good realtor doing everything possible (though do ask her if she's tried advertising it on Craig's List - it's free and we use it too as another way to get listings out to a lot of ppl around the world). Just a thought for more exposure to people looking on their own. You'd be amazed at the number of inquires we get off Craig's list.

I'll bet bro will be happy to see you and I'll look for your update on Sunday or Monday. Hope he's in better spirits after seeing sis.

Father's Day Sun. The twins made their Daddy a breakfast bag! with coffee/brownies and their pictures laminated with their handprints on the construction paper!! I teared up when I saw them come home with them!!
Half days at school now until next Tues. Then they are DONE! so many activities planned with them! Ah, how sweet - DH will be so happy!

I will look up to Heaven and wish my Dad a Happy Father's Day!

Think a lot of us will, sweetie. I try to forget father's day 'cause it makes me sad but . . . guess we just have to hold onto the fact they're looking down at us
Everyone stay safe out there - watch out for tornados, stairs, bulls, knives and prayers to all those with sick loved ones. Big smooch to all my sistas!

Hey Campers, hows your Friday going so far? We have had so much rain this week, I think I should be a duck! Last night bad storms split a 60 ft tall cherry tree off about 8 ft from the ground in my neighbors yard. Thankfully it didnt hit anything but the ground!

On my side of the fence, had one split and land across the power/phone/cable lines that run along back edge of my property. So tonight the tree trim guys came by. Glad they cleared it up, but they just tossed the trimmings on the back side of my fence . Oh well, once it dries up some, I will go out there and pitch it more into the woods.

Oh and the BEST news...another contract got ok'd today.
Hope you are all staying dry, I am off to the shower for an early turn in!

Morning all! Fairly nice right now, we have a breeze!!!
Hdzup, Looks like everyone else is sleeping in this mornin'. Just my opinion but EVERYTHING is a deal breaker these days. There is absolutely nothing wrong with your home going by the photos. It is the market and there is nothing you or I or anyone else can do about it. If I had the answers I sure as he ll would of been sold a yr ago instead of sitting here now. Alot of us at this camp has been beat up trying to figure this out, some have sold and moved on, some are still hoping too. Maybe with schools getting out for the summer we will all have more movement, I know if I dont get an offer in the next couple of months I will probably be saddled for another winter here.....

Okay nothing here to report, taking the next couple of days to regroup and maybe work on my place abit, we will see..........

Hi all-busy morning here.

NJ is it still raining? Our youngest's birthday pool/luau party was to be this afternoon but she said postponed til July.

Yep-countdown.

Mr. L is up and feeling better-think it was a reaction to the new meds - I read the crap last night and there were all the signs. You'd have thought it would've been sooner as he started them Monday.

I am so beyond bored and feel housebound-there's nothing left to be cleaned, shined, polished, washed, dusted, vacummed-I am crawling walls-even made the meatloaf mix for tonight and scrubbed baked potatoes. Here I sit all spiffy and stuck.
