A friend of mine would like to market her condo in Fort Lauderdale with one of flat fee services.Can somebody recomend reliable and not expansive one?
Anybody used 398mls.com?Sounds very promising.

What is most important in choosing a brokerage is how often they are successful in getting the job done.

Some people think it is to list is for less. Listing it is a start. We all list property on the MLS. The part that counts, is to get it closed.

How many properties are there in inventory currently? How many expireds or withdrawns? What is average days on market for the MLS? What about the company's statistics?

What about realtor`s statistics?Can you find it anywhere?

Yes. Ask the Realtors you interview to bring those stats with them to the interview. Double check with your state's real estate commission that you are not hiring someone who has been in trouble before.

I meant independant source.To do some homework before interview.Is there some kind of list of number of transaction per agent per year?Or list of best selling agents in area?From independant source of course.As far as i read it on forum a lot of them just disappearing next day after putting it on mls.
