buyer wants to cancel contract

Thats the kind of thinking that would probably be welcomed. I understand that the realtor wants the deal to get done, but its not like my brother wanted another realtor before all of this so he would still have gotten his deal.

I would like to get an answer to that one about the HOA, I will have him ask about that

Once we get our HOA Docs here in TX we can terminate the contract for any reason for 5 days. It gives us the chance to get out of a bad HOA.
