Ok guys, I need help!

I'm looking at advertising a specific property and I want to target a few "hot" markets. Can anybody with more experience (and not in direct competition with me ) give me any suggestions on what avenue to take with this. I'm looking for something more than just the usual...realtor.com, zillow, craig's list etc. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. BTW, I'm located in western NC.

Craiglist is a good free one. You can pay to advertise on Yahoo and Google.

Your local newspaper too would be a great place to start. Flyers in the post office etc etc...
