jar of marshmallow creme, but it's very gritty. I broke the candy thermometer previously, so I'm gonna assume I didn't get the butter/sugar/milk to the correct temp. Is there any way I can make it better now?
I never used a candy thermometer for this recipe and it has always came out fine for me. I know that isn't much help, but after 8 views and no responses I had to say something. Just have to give it another shot with (or without) a candy thermometer.
Just make sure to stir the mixture at a FULL ROLLING BOIL for 5 minutes AFTER it starts boiling.
I certinly cant help.. I have very bad luck with candy or fudge..
