I faintly remember something when I was a kid that they used to put on graham crackers that made them delicious. Marshmallows? Too sugary. Whipping cream with something else on it? Can't remember. Any ideas?

Cream cheese sweetened to your liking and loosened with a little lemon juice and you've basically got a cheesecake cracker. Add strawberries or blueberries too.

We put spiced East Indian pickles on it, or we make mini pizza bites or even antipasto.. Perfect as little ,,Hors d'oeuvre''

I do this, minus the lemon juice, and with a bit of strawberry preserves or other fruit jam/preserves. Yum!

Cookie butter from Trader Joe's? Yes, when I have it, it is good on graham crackers!

Lindt dark chocolate with chili, zap it in the microwave for a few seconds to soften but not melt the chocolate
