I double the black beans (two cans instead of one) and use 4-5 chicken thighs instead of 4-5 chicken breasts, so mine is more beany and less meaty.
Plus I will add a diced habanero pepper because I like heat.
And fresh cilantro on top when served is great, if you like cilantro.
