HI All,

I've been through at least 3 different recipes (each differing in the oven temperature and/or cooking time) for homemade oven baked sweet potato chips.

No matter what I do, the chips either come out underdone, or overcooked/burnt.

This is frustrating!

I'm using a mandolin so that the thickness of each chip is the same.

Regardless, I'm just not getting good results.

Do you have a tried and true recipe that you won't mind sharing with me?

I'd truly appreciate it .

I've had very few sweet potato chips that I wouldn't consider overcooked; the sugars burn at 350°F.
