Try it with india relish (chopped gherkins and some juice) instead of sweet relish, and add some dried minced onion and a dash or two of seasoning salt. Mix and let it rest for half an hour. Great all-around seafood sauce, and you can add some ketchup to it to make a terrific burger or cold-cut sandwich sauce as well.
