It sure does!! My husband has to be gluten-free, and Anheuser-Busch makes a dark beer made out of sorghum that is gluten-free. It makes GREAT brats!!

Steins on Clement St in San Francisco has a German menu, the chef is Austrian, they have a good selection of bratwurst but only one schnitzel ( weiner ) on the menu. But sometimes they have others on special. He does make his own sauerkraut & spatzle. Good selection of import beers at a reasonable price too.
