Yesterday I decided to make some fruit egg rolls. I really haven't seen a recipe for them so I just played around. I used apples, pineapple, citrus berries, blue berries and strawberries. I browned them in the air fryer but you could use a deep fryer or the oven. Although I will have to tweet the recipe a bit, they were so good. I am taking them tomorrow as an appetizer to a bridge luncheon.
I once had a neighbor who brought over some fruit treats he had made with wonton wrappers cut into triangles and crisp-fried, then topped with cut fresh strawberries and whipped cream. Simple, pretty, and tasty.
Your fruit eggroll idea sounds good, especially fried without oil. I would want to add a dollop of unsweetened heavy whipped cream or a puddle of creme anglaise.

I bet guava and cheese would be a great filling! I've never made a dessert egg roll, but fusion, SW egg rolls are great.
