Yesterday, I had lunch at an Asian restaurant where I tried a seafood soup with lemongrass, coconut milk and red curry. Ive been all over the Internet looking for a recipe, and this one looks like it. I can’t wait to try it.
If anyone else has a good version, please post it.
I’m not very knowledgeable about Asian cooking, so don’t make it at home, but this seems very doable. The soup I had, had a variety of seafood....mussels, shrimp and fish, and it didn’t have mushrooms.
