The plan is to make a Pecan Pie...and am reminded I could make mini or "nut cups" that my mom used to make. I will be making a Cheesecake sometime later also, since haven't done so in a while.
Just to add, I enjoy Egg Nog, but found that it has not been so great or as authentic as I recall having. If anyone has a suggestion for, let me know.
Buy something local if there's a brand near you. We have Lewes Dairy eggnog and it's the best I've had in years: not as thick as glue, not too sweet, very fresh, very expensive.

This is great advice. We discovered a (fairly) local dairy a few years ago (Broguiere's), and their eggnog and chocolate milk are so much better than we can purchase at a store. Then again, I think I did see their eggnog at a Bristol Farms store several years ago.
