I have to laugh, I saw this the other day and thought I'd 'filed' it away in my head as I'm a cauliflower fan and like trying different recipes. Was going to the market and spent a fair amount of time today searching through some newspapers before putting them in the recycling pile, thought I'd seen it in one of them. Oh well, I think I'll remember where it is now. Thanks for posting.

Cheese and cauliflower! Such a good combination.

I used to make a similar one to take for holidays to the relatives who didn't believe in vegetables. I added broccoli and fresh mushrooms. The dish always came home empty.

My mother always made this when I was growing up, it was soooo good! I never looked at it as a veggie. It was comfort food, maybe because of the amount of cheese she added to it
