Don't know, I'm lacking in culinary inspiration right now. I got this tub of truffle infused butter, and can't think of what to do with it. Hoping to get some ideas - anyone?

It's good on anything you would add truffles to: eggs, pasta, risotto, mac and cheese (I like it in the breadcrumbs for that), something mushroom-based, on top of a steak....

What about a baked potato? Trying to steer away from pasta and rice.

Baked or mashed potato is a good idea, but I would mix the truffle butter with regular butter so as not to overpower it with the truffle flavor.

It was a seasonally available item at my local Costco. For big holidays, they have temporarily-available things like pull-apart cheese bread imported from France for Thanksgiving, heart-shaped macarons for Valentine's Day, etc.

I usually see it in the cheese section of the grocery store.
