Yes, this is a tough one. Probably my favourite would be a prawn mayonnaise one. I also like smoked salmon sandwiches. Followed by chicken and bacon or a chicken/ham salad.

But one of the greatest things about having a Christmas meal, has to be the turkey and stuffing sandwiches, that you have afterwards.

So... I like 'em all!
Great quote! A good reminder for us all to enjoy the simple things, like a sandwich.

Dirt - we must be related - my DNA test shows I'm 2.7% Neanderthal. Current Favorite Sandwich is the Reuben from Crony's in Hilo. Or fried bologna that Mother used to make.

You all have my head spinning! Had I been asked to name my favorite sandwich, I originally would have said that sandwiches weren't my favorite. Thinking about it a Po'Boy on crusty French bread with fried shrimp, a Reuben on rye, a fried bologna on white, a tuna with lettuce and tomatoes, sliced turkey from Thanksgiving, a French dip, chicken salad on a fresh crossaint, ham and Swiss on Hawaiaan rolls...
Nope, I don't have a sandwich preference

When I was a kid, I ate mine like that too. Now when I buy a hoagie roll, or even Italian, French bread, I slice a bit of the middle out of them. Yeah, way too much bread. I think that way they can fill you up on that (if you're going out) and give you less of the 'real' product...the meat, cheese, veggies.
When I buy a hoagie I dump the meat, cheese and salad out on a plate and feed the roll to my dogs,

I miss having a dog. They'd eat anything that hit the floor. The one terrier really liked vegetables. Very handy when you're a kid.

I just tear off pieces of bread as I eat.
