Seeniorita, when it comes to a woman being bodacious/hot, most men wouldn't care if it was Jenna Jameson. Never mind that Jameson is probably the most easily recognized female porn star in America - if the man in question had a chance, AND if it was verified that Jameson (or any other porn starlet who was similarly hot) were completely clean of any STDs, including of course HIV, the said man would not refuse.
