I liked this one because it's fairly descriptive of an actual dating scenario. Generally, most of the time, the partners are fairly badly matched (ie. a girl with a stable job versus a complete hobo).
I think this one shows what happens with a pretty girl meets a rich guy.
Lessons:
Money can get you girls (shallow ones at least). So if you see a hot girl with an ugly (not that the guy on the show is ugly) then he's probably rich.
If a girl says she fought with all her roommates when she had four of them, is a huge sign of trouble ahead.
Never buy someone a $1000 gift on the first date.
Overall, I think he's a pretty cool guy. He was very cool during the strip club scene and he has a great smile (I'm a straight male). I think the girl's somewhat pretty but probably at best a 7.5/10 without makeup. However, her personality's awful. The problem with her is that she can't even be a good gold-digger. Good gold-diggers are much more subtle that her. They start low (several hundred $ gifts) and then go high. You can't just start with $200K stuff at the beginning.

If it was actually descriptive of an ACTUAL dating scenario it wouldn't be marketable on TV. Only the freaks are noteworthy enough to make it into production on shear basis that it is not ordinary.
