Right now I am currently in a phase where I am happy to be single. But over the summer, and even in the Spring, I wanted a girlfriend so badly. Last year around this time, I wanted a girlfriend. But then last winter, I was happy to be single. As you can see, I go through phases. There have been phases where I wanted a girlfriend more than anything, but there are also phases where a girlfriend is the last thing I want. Is this normal? Does this happen to anyone else?

I'm a little different though, during late spring, summer and fall I'm happy to be single, then from around Thanksgiving to Valentine's Day I want a girlfriend badly, but I don't have one, and it frustrates me to no end during those months.
I don't follow a set pattern from year to year. I was just explaining what the pattern has been for the past year. It's not the same every year for me. Last year at this time, I wanted a girlfriend, but now I'm happy to be single.
