Thats how it is nowadays, you gotta spend it all just at the slim chance she might possibly like you
Only if that's all you have to offer a women or you are going for the wrong type. Women like to be taken care of and know they are secure financially but you should never have to spend it all.
How do you sleep with 50 or more people and not get a disease
By using all the well-known precautions. A person may be more likely to be infected with an STD from a long-term "monogamous" partner than from a "chance encounter."
HIV is one of the examples: the husband (just an example) can infect the faithful wife simply because as a married couple, they're a)not using protection b)have sex more frequently than single people. Sad, but true.
One partner doesn't have to be the "bad" person, either. He/she may be infected as a result of a previous relationship, medical errors or unsanitary non-sexual contact with an infected person (not likely, apparently, but possible with HPV and Herpes) and may not even know that he/she's putting the partner in danger.
"Slutty" heh heh heh people tend to be more careful about containing their um...fluids than married/committed couples.

No way. I simply don't believe that. Provide links please.
Jaysus people! If someone is, let's say 50. And they first had sex at age, oh, 18. If they had sex with only 2 people a year, that would be 64. If they were married for say, 10 years...and had sex with other people at the same rate during their non-married years, the number would be 45. TWO a year? That's a lot??? Come on...I can't believe you guys are that naive.
I know this is gonna sound crazy, but lets say someone got married young and actually stayed married till the day they die just like we are supposed to do. Your total should be 1, I know a crazy idea.

Supposed to? By what rulebook? I wouldn't call that perspective crazy, (I have a co-worker married to his high-school sweetheart for 30 years) but to imply that is the only path one can follow for marriage, is incredibly unrealistic and naive.

I actually had to check that I wasn't on the Religion and Philosophy forum...
So, OP - how come it's "50>"? What, run out of room?

As Levar Burton used to say on Reading Rainbow: "You don't have to take my word for it."
http://www.mass.gov/Eeohhs2/docs/dph/aids/inequitable_impact.pdf (http://hab.hrsa.gov/publications/womencare05/WG05chap13.htm - broken link) ...This is perhaps due to HIV risk being accumulated over time through repeated exposure...
There are other corroborating medical journals. I would suspect the same thing holds true for transmission of any type of "germs."
