I was with a girl for awhile who really liked to eat lobster, marinated in garlic butter.
In fact, she loved garlic on everything.
It made things really, really difficult. I don't think I ever actually went downtown with her. She complained about it because she performed oral on me, and I was honest: "I'm a vegetarian with good hygiene." She was like, "well then I'm never doing it for you again." I said "fine," she lasted about a week before changing her mind.
I've done it with most of my subsequent GF's. It's really more a hygiene issue than anything else.

As a garlic hater myself, I have to ask... Does it really stink up even those parts?

Yes. Well, it depends on the individual woman's metabolism. The girl I was with for six months after I'd broken up with our buttery lobster-scented heroine also love garlic, but I never sensed any manifestation down there.
