I've met guys that want to have kids, but didn't want to help raise them. My ex poked holes in the BC to make sure I got pregnant. We haven't seen or heard from him 4 out of 5 years.

That is fine with me because there are so many ways to reduce taxes like the 401K, Roth IRA which grows tax-free and withdraw tax-free, FSA, health insurance, etc.

Kids don't prevent you from achieving such goals. I've have a great career, and have traveled more than most people. Hell my son has traveled more than most people.
